| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Availability to work in shifts
• High proficiency with Czech (primary) and English (secondary).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Collect documents for the non-technological parts of the infrastructure and check them for correctness, as required by the Building Act
• If there is any mistake in the documents, co-operate with the appropriate division (Technical, Purchasing Department etc) to ensure that the mistake is corrected
• Collect documents for the technological parts of the infrastructure and check them for correctness on the basis of the acceptance tests and network upgrades
• Ensure that the order/ invoicing is correct. For each invoice that goes through the Technical Department, there must be a completion certificate (scanned and added to the system) and the invoice must be confirmed.
• Hand over the final documents to the Financial Department.
• Maintain on-line records of the flow of the delivered documents across this process.
The kind of documents would be:
• Lease agreement or any other agreement with the owner of the land or building
• Agreement with the electricity distributors on efficiently expended costs to provide the required power supply
• Notice to the Building Authority, against submission receipt – Section 10 of Executive Notice for Act No. 132/98 – the Building Act
