| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree is mandatory
- At least 2 years experience in supply chain
- Previous exposure to Business and multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English and German/Spanish/Italian/Russian
- Must have Sense of Urgency (to recognize and set priorities)
- Professional appearance on the phone/during customer visits and exhibitions
- Availability to travel within EU (for Sales Meetings and Trade Shows)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Processing Dealer orders in a timely and qualitatively compliant fashion
- Cooperation with: Credit Department (on Invoicing), Logistics, Warehouse and transportation (on delivery tracking or for claims and returns), Sales and Marketing Teams (for Sales meetings, Business Support or Exhibitions)
- Answer to dealer standard technical questions, 1st level support
- Help with the implementation of promotions
- Identify improvement potential and drive continuous improvement of internal processes
- Participate in Trade Shows, as requested
