CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Graduates/undergraduates
- Fluency in English and in German
- Familiar to SAP will be a big plus
- Good analytical skills
- Previous exposure to business environment
- Availability for full time program
- Various starting hours according to the core language


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:


Responsabilities:

-Take calls from the customer for various technical issues
- Record the calls in the system
- To track, if customer's problem has been attended by field engineers
- To escalate if the customer is not attended in the stipulated time frame
