Associate (Finance & Accounting)

•Fresher Commerce Graduate/Commerce Graduate with 2-3 years of experience or Post Graduate - 1-2 Years of experience
•Excellent oral and written Communication Skills in German/French/Dutch and English.
•Good to have proficiency SOP Drafting

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
• Delivery of tasks as per standard operating procudure and tasks scheduled for the day
• Co-ordinate with team members, plan to ensure completion of daily tasks
• SLA Delivery - to meet and exceed expectation
• Attend calls of of team/customer
• Flexible to take additional responsibility/tasks if required


CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•Logical thinker
•Good knowledge of spoken and written english
•Excellent keyboard skills - speed and accuracy; awareness of functional keys and comfortable in working on mutilple screen
•Process oriented , customer focussed and exposure to strict time lines
•Open to working in shifts including night shifts
•Team player
• Good Exposure and Experience in Order To Cash functions.
