• Graduate
• At least 1 year HR experience with a Local Labour Authority (ITM) certificate;
• Aware of the Labour legislation and expats procedures;
• Self starter with the ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills and drive for results;
• Eager to learn and expand knowledge of Human Resources practices;
• Fluent in written & spoken English is a must.
• The ability to multi-task in response to continuous change and challenges within a fast paced environment is essential.

• handle template documents and fill in the personal data of the employees, in order to ease and decentralize the documents flow;
• in charge of filling in required data in the Labour Books of the employees;
• handle employees requests for any document;
• relation with the Local Labour Authority as regards to validation of the future contracts;
• translation of the documents and updating the template database with required modifications (documents like labour contracts, offer letters, employee handbook, additional papers to the individual work contract, internal regulations, additional papers to the general work agreement);
• act as a back office support for recruitment and/or related activities;
• assist in the induction process;
• assist with expats registration;
• act as a liaison in case HR Manager is unavailable.
