HR Manager

-Must have rich knowledge of HR practices and processes and good conceptual strengths in Areas like People Development,Recruitment,Selection.
-Relevant experience at a managerial level.
-IT, BPO, FMCGs, Banks, Hotels industry experience preferred.
-Must have good exposure and net working with the local govt authorities, HR and local bodies, academic institutes, search and training agencies.
-Qualification: MBA/HR degree .
Good command over English & Romanian language required.
Additional French /Germanspeaking skills will be preferred.

Experience: 6 to 7 years

A) The candidate will be responsible for end to end HR deliverables , covering all facets of HR namely :
1. Talent recruitment .
2. Business HR processes including performance management, reward and recognition processes & employee feedback processes.
3. Provide relevant local information to validate compensation and benefit processes .
4. Drive talent review and succession planning
5. Strategize innovative methods to increase talent retention.
6. Workplace sensitivity initiatives and internal employee communication.
7. Drive employee assistance programs.

B). The candidate will be required to facilitate setting up of employee facilities including boarding and lodging for non residential employees, medical and transport. Will oversee vendor development, maintenance of services and cost efficiency improvements initiatives.
C)Maintain good relations with the government and local bodies and ensure compliance with all labour related Romanian legal practices.
