| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree preferably Construction
- Fluent German-knowledge
- Communication and organisation skills plus flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Stress-resistance and high working-capacity
- Clean driving license, B-category
- Experience in Construction - would be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Autocad and MS-Office including MS-Project
- Capability to understand and fit into well-defined business processes and company values |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For our, client, major german player in the FMCG-industry, with a presence all around Europe we are looking for a young, ambitious PROJECT MANAGER-CONSTRUCTION. The key succes-base of the company is simplity.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Supervise the construction of the future supermarkets of the group
- Evaluating the locations and
- Maintaining and building up a strong relationship to landlords and authorities involved in the construction pocess
- Participating in negociation-process with all the distributors
- Obtain all the necessary authorisations for construction from all involved authorities
- Planification and optimisation of the investition, cost-analyzing
