The web designer position is responsible for development of visual concepts and designs that reflect our client's business and target audience. Typically you will be responsible for all creative elements and the overall look and feel of your projects.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will be responsible for development of visual concepts and designs that reflect our client's business and target audience. Typically you will be responsible for all creative elements and the overall look and feel of your projects.
Typical tasks include:
* Creation of original visual/multimedia concepts
* Creation of vector and raster graphics for web, multimedia and print
* Development of branding rules to maintain consistent client brands
Skills
======
Self-taught designers who have achieved a high level of design and those with design or marketing related degrees welcome.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of corporate style graphic design experience
* Solid understanding of web interface design and usability best practices
* Ability to accurately translate business requirements into marketing oriented creative design
* Strong oral communication skills / ability to communicate with clients, vendors, partners and staff
* Ability to collaborate with a team or work autonomously
* Thoroughness and highly detail minded
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Macromedia Fireworks and Freehand
Bonus Skills:
* Macromedia Flash
* Print design with print pre-press experience
* HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, CGI, ASP, etc.
* Agency Experience |
