Sales and Marketing Manager

- 4 years plus experience in logistics business manangement ;
- Qualifications and experience in business management would be useful;
- Strong background in development and delivery of projects and client facing activities;
- Proven experience in winning new business;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills;
- Solid knowledge of English language spoken and written;
Computer literate: minimum MS Office Word, Power Point and Excel.

- Creates, develops and leads the Division of Logistic Services Sales. The job holder will be actively involved in client facing activities, strategic business planning, bidding and winning work, as well as leading the projects tehnically;
- Develops a Business Plan and undertake focused marketing research ; colects market information, prepare market indicators;
- Ensures that quality of services delivered is good, measures and permanently monitors the clients satisfaction;
- Develops and maintains relationships with key logistics clients;
- Together with General Manager participates at Contract negotiations;
- Identifies business opportunities that bring value to the company;
- Supervises the completion of the tasks by the subordinated staff; participates to the recruitment and selection process; decides professional development plans for the division staff.
