We are looking for a Commercial Acquisitions Manager to join our Romanian office. The candidate must be fluent in English and have the following attributes:

Experience in:

Commercial site and property acquisitions
Risk assessments
Market assessment
General property background

Skills:

Commercial acumen
Local knowledge
Understanding of local markets
Numeracy and literacy
Report writing

To identify sites and properties in major cities in Romania /Bulgaria
To identify income-producing commercial properties
To manage the acquisitions process
