Website Designer - Contract

We are looking for someone with modest experience and the following qualifications.

Professional Qualifications
# Minimum 3 years experience hand coding HTML
# PHP, ASP.net, MS.net, VB.net, (X)HTML and CSS
# Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc
# Familiar with Wordpress & OSCommerce, including install, plug-in's and basic modifications.
# Speak/Write English. Not necessarily fluent, but functional.

Personal Qualities
# Very organized and professional.
# Able to meet deadlines and flexible as needed.

We are looking for a contract web designer to help us with any and all extra work we cannot manage. We are looking to outsource to Romania first because we are Romanian, but also because there are a great deal of talented designers there.

We work primarily with small company websites, with a structure of no more then 5-8 pages, simple layouts and basic function. This is very standard HTML. Normally, but not always, we like to install Wordpress as the framework and build around it.

Occasionally we get more complicated websites, sometimes e-commerce, but generally things are pretty simple.

This is where we need your help. Here's how it will work...
# We get a job from the client.
# We collect all the information. Design, structure, media and so on.
# We pass along the information to you, and you build the site.
# The site is delivered to the client.
# We make final changes & we're done.

Since these websites are pretty small, they go very quickly. We are able to complete the build (not including any administration time) the website within a day, since they are quite small. As such, we will expect that all work is completed within a day.

Our pay rate is $100/day. If a website is far more complicated and takes several days, or weeks, our rate then is the same. We try not to take websites that are too complex. They take too much time, and there are lowered profits for everyone.

If you are interested, then we will need a bank account to do wire transfers as needed. It usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time a website is done, till we are able to pay you, so please keep that in mind.
