Web Team Leader

The ideal candidate MUST have:
• Advanced English knowledge, read and write
• Experience in building web pages (HTML, CSS, SEO)
• Good knowledge of image editing (Photoshop)
• Excellent skills in writing clear and concise web content (news, articles, etc.)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Organized mind and a good care for details
• Very good team working and communication abilities (basic experience needed)
• Ability to follow deadlines and to organize tasks by priorities
• Ability to understand and apply technical specifications
• Understanding of technology and business sectors

In addition, the followings skills are considered assets:
• Extended web design abilities (flash design / web programming)
• Knowledge of Web Marketing
• Knowledge of French / German

GRAITEC is seeking an experienced, communicative, open-minded Web Team Leader, willing to work and learn in a young and competitive environment.

The job responsibilities are:
• Manage the constant websites update (producing new web pages, news, newsletters, customer projects and references, uploading and publishing documents for download)
• Perform periodical web tasks (send automatic newsletters and FAQs to the customers database)
• Promote the company and its products using the web marketing tools (web directories, press releases etc)
• Write and translate web content in English and Romanian
• Manage the creation of marketing materials (banners, posters, e-cards, calendars, etc)
• Coordinate the web and design team (distribute tasks, verify the completed task, assure that deadlines are followed).
• Collaborate with the web administrators and web programmers in providing solutions for the websites development and maintenance
