Web Graphic Designer

We are seeking a full-time experienced Web Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team of our design division, Pictas - an advertising agency with great experience both on the local market and abroad.
The new colleague will be responsible for the layout, design, and the production activities required in the production of high quality, graphic artwork to be visually presented within a wide range of media communications, including printed copy, packaging and internet web-sites.

The person we seek will play an active role within our creative team, collaborating with other designers on a large number of projects.
A strong portfolio, good organization skills, good communication skills, a positive attitude with a willingness to give and receive critical feedback, and the ability to problem-solve is a necessity.

Requirements
* must have at least 2 years experience in graphic design
* demonstrated understanding of graphics & design
* demonstrated development of graphic concepts and solutions for the web & print
* proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Flash
* familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus
* familiarity with DTP techniques
* ability to work in a team environment
* highly effective communicator via email, IM, and telephone
* fluency in English
