Web Application Developer

The ideal Candidate should know these technologies:
Java, JSP.
Tomcat Server.
Linux (OpenSuse 11) + Bash.
MySQL.
One of two languages is required
German (preferably), English (as an alternative).

Nice additions to the required profile
Apache Server experience.
Script Language knowledge like PHP or Perl.
HTML, AJAX, CSS, JAVASCRIPT.

The position is exciting as it requires not only maintaining existing software but also creating new functionalities or systems, always in relation to our web shop and to its backend system.

Specific tasks that are part of the job
Webshop and Web Application Developer for a Tomcat, Java, MySql, Linux System.
Administration and Configuration of OpenSuse Linux incl. Tomcat Server.
Import and Export Data into and from Non-Java Systems.
Handle Backup, Mails, Logfiles, Firewall, Server Security.
