| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Architect will be responsible for evaluating our current applications, determining the needs of users, researching possible solutions, establishing consensus with stakeholders, designing the solution, and delegating the work to the team for implementation.
-The architect will also be responsible for establishing best practices for the team and ensuring product quality.
-The architect should be comfortable with technical aspects of our current applications, including creation and maintenance of database driven web applications
-The architect will need to understand and design updates to this custom toolkit.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position requirements:
-4-year technical degree, advanced degree preferred
-Minimum 8+ years relevant engineering experience (PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS. HTML DOM, custom JS framework/toolkit)
-Experience with technical leadership, working with remote distributed (US, EMEA, APAC) teams
-Experience making trade-off studies and design decisions for complex web/database applications
-Ability to work with users and stakeholders to define and analyze use cases and requirements
-Strong code reading skills for quick and accurate reviews of code changes made by other team members
-Ability to understand the big picture while creatively solving multiple problems simultaneously
-Strong Object-Oriented programming experience
-Thorough understanding of Model-View-Controller design patterns
-Experience with database schema design
