CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-7+ years of IT systems management experience.
- College/University degree in a Computer Science/IT field.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of Windows standard desktop applications, as well as MS Access and MS Project.
-Experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry.
- Previous exposure to other engineering applications (ie. CAD).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Strong knowledge of Documentum architecture, API &DQL.
- Experience with deployment of Server & Client Hardware & Software.
- Experience with deployment and/or support of ECM systems.
- Proficient with Webtop/WDK and Content Server 5.
- Proficient with TCP/IP, SSL & VPN technologies.
- Working knowledge of LDAP, MSAD and OID.
- Proficient with Server Cluster technologies.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS – Oracle & SQL.
- Experience with J2EE, XML/XSL, HTML, ASP/JSP & Application Servers.
- In depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Provide systems (OS, HW & SW) administration, installation & support.
• Provide/assist Oracle Database administration as it applies to Documentum ver. 5.
• Collaborate with or assist other ECM systems managers and staff to:
o Define, test and deploy hardware/software upgrade strategies
o Define, test & deploy backup and recovery schemes
o Resolve technical issues
o Plan for systems changes to maximize availability of resources
• Collaborate with other ECM team members, Enterprise Applications teams, network operations, other technical and functional groups as well as end-users to ensure proper deployment, use and integration of all ECM tools.
• Document all strategies, processes and procedures related to the implementation and support of the ECM collaborative environment.
• Provide technical mentoring, as needed, to other members of the ECM, IT & Enterprise Applications teams.
• Work with users and vendors to resolve technical support issues.
