RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ø This position requires 8 + years IS experience working with diverse technical teams (i.e., maintain a LAN/WAN, applications support, technology implementations, IT Help Desk, managing outsourced technical services and delivery of enterprise level services is essential.
Ø Build collaborative relationships with other departments and appropriate team members (Management, Engineers, end-users, etc.) to identify and schedule required resources for each project. Make necessary adjustments to the schedule as needed.
Ø Must have strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal relationship management skills and the primary business languages are English and Romanian.
Ø Must be effective at juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks, showing initiative in problem solving and able to take ownership of a project. Must be flexible and available to meet challenging deadlines.
Ø Must be able to travel internationally.
Ø Must have the ability to work in a cross-functional, diverse team environment, be detail oriented and self-motivated. Sets high expectations.
Ø Professional management experience and working knowledge of engineering, project management and construction industry desired.
Ø IT technical certification from Microsoft/Cisco strongly desired.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in the information systems management field is preferred.
