CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

We are looking for somebody with:
• A university degree in finance or a bachelor/master degree in finance or economics
• Minimum three years Experience in customer service
• High customer and result orientation and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at least in English and Romanian
• Excellent skill in communication, leading and managing
• Capacity of working under stress
• An appearance that shows self confidence
• The power to enforce
• Positive attitude
• Alignment to high Customer Service


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Your responsibilities will be:
• Workforce management and controlling
• Guarantee defined productivity and quality criteria (KPIs)
• Preparation of significant reports for the customer and the management board
• Assistance of the team leaders for customer service to reach the established objectives
• Developing new service concepts and products
• Building up customer relationship and satisfaction
