IT Director

Requirements:
• Good project management skills,
• Good knowledge of the computer ant retail equipment,
• Good knowledge of accounting and business management systems (preferably international systems: Navision, Axapta, SAP or other),
• Knowledge and practical experience in designing, building and administration of network solutions (LAN, WAN),
• Work experience as IT manager or other position in retail company would be an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken),
• Russian (spoken) would be an advantage,
• Readiness to travel to Lithuania for training purposes,
• Driving license.

Job descriptions:
• To employ and manage personnel of IT department,
• To participate in strategic planning of IT infrastructure,
• To manage daily activities of IT department,
- purchasing of IT equipment and services according to corporate guidelines,
- on site user support of central business management and accounting systems,
- supervision of vendors, responsible for store system development, implementation and support,
- system administration according to corporate guidelines,
- communication with VP Market IT department in Lithuania.
