| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum Requirement:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in science.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in specialized or pharmaceutical selling. Knowledge of Skincare products selling to dermatologists and skincare centers / salons desirable
Essential Skills and Abilities:
• Interested to make a carrier in the sales and marketing of specialized products / pharmaceutical industry.
• Can communicate in English effectively.
• Cooperative, friendly, helpful, social, presentable and having a neat and clean outlook.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Summary:
Plans, organize, communicate and controls business activities to achieve the sales objectives set for her specific territory by creating continuous and increasing demand of company’s products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible to achieve sales target set for her territory. Maintains a healthy product mix ensuring profitability objectives of the company.
2. The demand creating/selling function makes obligatory for her to achieve the required number of sales calls each working day on clients and chemists. All necessary planning in this respect is done by her.
3. Continuously update an information base of her territory. Prepares/submits her daily/weekly reports in the manner as specified by the company. Maintains a proper record of all expenses and submits the monthly expense statement as specified by the company.
4. Effectively implement all the strategies laid down by the company. Continuously endeavor to improve her knowledge of products, customers, territory, selling skills and competitors.
5. Keeps R/A under control and as per agreed budget. Makes effective utilization of all resources made available to her by the company.
6. Monitors whether or not the clients are working in accordance with company’s instructions, they are adequately stocked and that orders are being efficiently executed. Recommends actions to improve these services, if needed.
Base salary: UAE Dhs 3670/-
Sales Commissions: 3% of sales on achievement of agreed budgets
Minimum Sales Budget: Dhs 80,000 per month
Transportation cost: Dhs 500
Mobile Telephone: Tel Sim provided and official calls reimbursed
Insurance: Life / Disability cover - Dhs 100,000,
Medical cover – For hospitalization
