IT Application Support

-University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent education and, ideally at least 2 years experience in application implementation and support
-Strong knowledge of operation and support of MS Office and Windows
-Strong knowledge of data bases (SQL and Access), Visual Basic Programming is a plus
-Fluent in English
-Quick learner, as well as an analytical mindset
-Outstanding service provider, willing to help out and to solve problems in a constructive way.

-Applications support (open, analyze and escalade if applicable and follow up all the cases)
-Applications bugs correction
-Create and update the users’ profiles for different applications
-Design reports.
