Branch Manager

Requirements:
• University Degree (preferably Economics);
• Banking experience – mandatory
• Banking experience – sales, loan analysis and administration in a bank
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point):

Competences:
• Client Oriented, good sales and negotiating skills;
• Good knowledge of the business environment;
• Efficient, self – confident person, able to focus under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
• Reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.

Main responsibilities:
• To coordinate branch activity, to develop business oportunities;
• To promote bank’s products and services, and to develop busines relations with actual and potential clients;
• To achieve volume targets and growth objectives.
