| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Academic background (economic, finance, business studies)
-Relevant Banking experience in Financial Reporting field
-Solid knowledge of accounting
-Awareness of the relevant NBR legislation
-Sound understanding of IFRS
-Proficiency use of MS Office especially MS Access and MS Excel
-Ability to understand the functionality of the banking core systems
-Fast and analytical thinking, proactive and creative;
-Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
-Proficiency in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Preparing, semi-annually and annually consolidated IFRS reports to National Bank of Romania and to Volksbank Group (balance sheet, profit and loss, notes), timely and accurate
-Analyzing the evolution of financial indicators with respect to the objectives and dynamic of the bank, identifying economic factors that have determined
-Participate in various projects in progress with accounting and reporting impact
-Providing the reporting specification on the changes or developments applications information reporting
