CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelors degree;
- At least 1 year experience in real estate brokerage field;
- A mature and responsible working approach based on integrity;
- Client – focused attitude;
- Good command of English;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Relevant experience within an International Real Estate Firm based in Bucharest will be considered a serious plus;
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, open-minded, team-worker;
- Driving license; |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
· Create and develop client portfolio;
· Monitor and improve constantly client & property databases;
· Search, examine and evaluate real estate properties;
· Offer real estate consultancy;
· Prepare and negotiate contracts working closely with the Legal Department;
· Follow up sales strategy and targets;
· Keep permanent track of real estate market trends and opportunities; |
