CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Requirements:
· Academic background: preferably with a degree in economics or Informatics Technologies knowledge (University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in program development).
· Knowledge of banking legislation;
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong analytical and planning skills; strategic thinking;
· Excellent communication and team management skills; excellent negotiation abilities.
· Team spirit and problem solving attitude;
· Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
· Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Key Responsibilities:
For each Optimization process assigned:
. Identify, analyze and propose optimization solutions for the existing workflows / operational processes, taking into consideration the internal regulations;
. Establish the processes within the bank’s activity based on specifications received from the involved departments;
. Coordinate and lead the project team in order to find the optimal solutions for improvement of the operational workflows;
. Draw-up the process implementation plan;
. Hold periodical meetings to present the process’ status and discuss critical issues;
. Permanently monitor the risks involved and the process’ quality;
. Report periodically to its superiors, as well as other solicitants, the program’s results and implementation status.
For each Project assigned:
. Establish the necessary and available resources for each task involved in the project;
. Draw-up the project implementation plan with specific task and related deadlines
. Participate in the creation of the business requirements, and coordinate the business areas;
. Coordinate and lead the project team in order to respect the agreed deadline.
. Periodically report the project’s evolution to the Management and the project team members
. Permanently monitor the risks involved and the impact on the project status;
. Establish together with the team members the test scenario and coordinate the testing sessions
. Ensure the quality of the project deliverables and the delivery and final project acceptance.
