CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required background:
• University degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Adviser / Lawyer / Judge / Prosecutor
• Banking experience is an asset
Required competencies:
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Banking legislation knowledge;
• Hard working, detail oriented;
• Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Computer literacy. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsibilities:
• Drafting the credit and guarantee agreements for corporate credits granted by the Headquarters;
• Providing legal opinions on collaterals for corporate credits granted by the Headquarters;
• Analyzing the corporate credit customers from the legal point of view mainly in order to determine their representation levels;
• Cooperation with the Public Notary;
• Providing legal support to legal advisers within the branches;
• Updating the personnel of the Corporate Credit Administration Department as to the most recent developments within the legislative framework regarding the banking field;
• Accomplishing any other legal task, according to the Corporate Credit Administration Department’s request, in accordance with the Internal Procedure for Credit Administration. |
