Junior Legal Adviser

• University degree in Law;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Hard working, detail oriented;
• Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Good computer skills: Work, Excel and Power Point.

• To draw-up, check and supervise different agreements, powers of attorney or other acts concluded by the bank at the HO level, ensuring that such documents will be concluded with the observance of the legal provisions in force;
• To prepare, upon request, various legal opinions required by VBR Departments/Divisions;
• To provide legal support in connection with the necessary formalities to be performed with the Trade Registry and with the National Bank of Romania;
• To accomplish any legal task, based on the requests of the Deputy Head of Legal Department, in accordance with the job description and with the provisions of the internal procedures;
