| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate should have:
- Responsibility and maturity, positive thinking, problem solving and project management skills
- In depth knowledge of the travel industry with a focus on online travel services (experience in running online projects a great plus)
- Previous experience with a CRM (preferably Amadeus or Galileo) would constitute a great advantage
- Experience in devising and implementing company strategy

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Join the team of Romania’s most dynamic travel service. We are looking for an experienced travel executive to join our Bucharest team.
The responsibility will consist of, but not be limited to:
- active role in defining the company’s strategy in Romania and in the region
- developing the company’s existing services and supervising the launch of new services according to the company’s strategy
- liaison with the company’s main partners (including IATA and airlines)
- creating and implementing the company’s “best practices”
- relevant reporting to the company’s management
- other duties may be assigned by company management

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Vola.ro is:
• an IATA accredited agent and STA Travel representative
• a web-based booking system for plane tickets, hotels and rent-a-cars owned and operated by Vola.ro Student Adventure LTD., based in Bucharest, Romania
• a combination of in-house proprietary technology with Amadeus proprietary technology that connects to the Amadeus global distribution system
• a complete, customer oriented booking platform (through the Internet and via phone), with the 08010 ZBOARA (“Fly”) Call Center being an integral part of our service
Vola.ro Student Adventure is part of the Student Adventure Group with headquarters in Warsaw, Poland. We currently have offices in 4 countries: Poland, Romania, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
