CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Previous experience in customer relations
• Fluency in English; German language is an advantage
• Basic IT skills (MS Office, SAP etc.)
• Responsible and loyal person
• Good team player


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Assisting and reporting directly to the General Manager of the company
• Preparing offers; entering & processing orders
• Involved in customs clearance
• Organizing meetings and offering support for trade fairs organization
• Preparing invitations for the company's internal visitors
• Offering support to customers
• Working close together with the technical department
• Miscellaneous administrative issues

Our clients are active in the automotive industry, home appliances industry as well as in the construction industry.
