CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Role:
Provides UMTS radio cell planning consultancy for coverage and capacity issues. Makes use of optimization and troubleshooting skills for improving UTRAN network performance. Performs varied amount of complex assignments and projects requiring a sound expertise in technical engineering and project management.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Responsibilities:
Uses combination of tools and methods to perform 3G cell radio planning. Defines radio parameters (SW and HW) of the new 3G sites and makes sure that these sites are properly integrated in the existing radio network environment.
Performs optimization of UMTS radio parameters (HW and SW) for 3G cell sites in order to maximize performance/coverage/capacity.
Monitor the UTRAN performance through periodically analysis of performance statistics (radio performance KPIs). Investigates degradation in RF site performance, breaks down problems, validates causes and solutions; cooperates with O&M in advanced troubleshooting of HW & SW equipment issues.
Conducts special projects / trials of moderate scope and complexity, involving RAN; makes use of project management skills to deliver top quality results.
Proactively ensures coaching and training for team members according to the identified individual needs and personal area of expertise.
