Telesales Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a student or university graduate with high energy and optimism, motivated to deliver results. Sales experience is required and Telesales experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Develops new prospects by identifying new business opportunities

- Identifies and understand the communication needs of the customers in order to offer the most appropriate solution regarding the products and services that best fits those needs

- Wins the customer commitment on the proposed solution and maintains a long-term business relationship based in trust and professionalism

- Ads value to customers business by building awareness on opportunities that our latest technologies may bring in their business;

- Completes daily and monthly reports for the management team regarding the results obtained in the campaigns or in the daily activities.

- Resolves as quickly as possible the difficult and particular service issues received from customers.
- Ensures appropriate communications with stakeholders in relationship to his/her responsibilities. Actively participates in cross-functional endeavors
