System Integrator - Device Management

Requirements:

* University degree [Polytechnics Computer Science, Electronics, Cybernetics, IT, Mathematics]
* Experience in Project Management
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one Database Management System (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
* Experience building and deploying web applications with Java technology (J2EE); knowledge of web related client side technologies
* General knowledge on SIM card structure and related OTA management principles; general knowledge on device management
* Experience in process modelling and management
* Experience in terminal testing, knowledge on operating systems or development platforms, client-side technologies and applications for mobile terminals
* Knowledge of quality assurance principles and general user experience with QA systems; experience with Test Management systems
* Ability to understand complex technical information is a must.
* Analytical, problem solving and planning skills
* Highly enthusiastic, creative, with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
* Customer-centric thinking.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Role:
Identifies and delivers solutions for Device Management (terminal as well as SIM related) targeting external customers and business support. Participate to building device management policies at company level and ensures application in Technology Group as part of VAS development and device certification. Finds and proposes the proper solution to implement/ customize/ upgrade/ integrate a specific system based on business requirements analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyses new services and systems and finds technical solutions to implement them; assesses the implementation impact on the current networks.
- Proactively proposes new services, trials and prototypes.
- Captures requirements, assists the internal clients to define the functional specifications for the proposed services and applications.
- Leads the project from the technical perspective (keep the project plan, adjust procedures).
- Produces documents like Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Evaluation Matrix, Integration Plans, Handover agreements.
- Organizes bids for vendor selection, sets agreements and contracts.
- Conducts Acceptance Tests for supplied services in accordance to the quality criteria.
- Analyses new technologies and service models and writes reports and recommendations.
- Performs the hand-over of the projects to Operational departments.
