Specialist, Budget and Reporting

- University graduate (ASE)

- 1 to 2 years experience in similar activities

- Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, graphs)

- Accountancy related work experience

- Fluency in English

Role: Participate to budget building for Operational and Network expenses for Network&Systems departments by analyzing the forecasts data gathered from departments and the historical data. Offer support in the execution of approved budget by analyzing occurred variances. Ensure accuracy of financial records by performing closing month adjustments and by performing monthly reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Budgets

- Prepare budgets scenarios, forecasts and perform budget analysis to offer support for budget approval.
- Ensure that all designated departments proposed expenses are captured within the budget and are allocated on the appropriate budget category / line.

2. Reports

- Ensure all costs are classified according to company policy.
- Ensure all adjustments required at the end of month are considered, so that the actual costs are complete and accurate.
- The Monthly reports (Actual vs. Budgets for each department or other aggregation formula) are complete and accurate.
- Obtain necessary information from departments and provide ad-hoc and periodically analysis and reports.

3. Closing month adjustments

- Collect data and verify the back-up from departments budget coordinators.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of the information collected using reports from BI Data Base (such as Accrual reports, GRN reports, Execution reports, PA reports) and Oracle Application (Finance data base) to avoid double recording or missing information.

- Perform monthly reconciliation for all categories of costs (capital, operational, network costs) by comparing B&I records with Finance records, comment differences found and take actions in order to reduce those differences.
