Project Manager, ISS Implementation

• Bachelors’ degree in engineering or computer science;
• 2 to 3 years of experience as Project Manager in the telecommunication industry;
• Functional/Technical Skills (Project planning, reporting and processes);
• Relationship, coaching and negation skills;
• PM related certification like PMP could be an advantage;
• Communication skills (should have excellent oral and written communication skills);
• Ability to learn new technologies in a fast paced environment and willingness to work for challenging technical solutions opportunities;
• Very good level of English language

Role:

• Leads and manages the project/subproject organization in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution and closing done according to Network ISS Solutions project processes and principles.
• Responsible for managing the entire roll-out process for the ISS projects. Plans and delivers ISS Solutions according to technical solution agreed, contracts and clients needs, by managing the interdepartmental teams and vendors /subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and execute the projects by follow up execution of projects plan, complete work packages for team members, held progress meetings, identify and report timely foreseen changes and get approval for plan adjustments, inform management about the deviations from the plan and propose countermeasures, or process improvement, monitor risk, quality and do project scope verification;
• Planning of the projects by estimating duration and cost, do schedule plan, estimate procurement requirements and forecasts when the materials and equipments must be available, obtain project plan approval;
• Preparing, planning, executing and closing the project or subproject (region, zone, phase) according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget;
• Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for products & resources;
• Lead and monitor the project/sub project team including partner/service suppliers;
• Ensure implementation of the ISS services in delivery scope and final project acceptance - overall responsibility for acceptance according to technical solution agreed, contracts and clients needs;
• Ensure an overall view of the ISS process. Verify if the development and support teams elaborated the project plans and the technical solutions according with clients needs;
• Monitor progress, identify and report issues, prepare and deliver reports regarding the projects status
