| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- University graduate;
- 6 to 12 months field related experince. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Ensures the functionality, availability and performance of IT desktop infrastructure (eg client desktops, laptops, printers, multimedia equipment (LCD projectors, videoconference systems), mobile devices (PDAs, mobile phones, blackberry), etc).
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide Single Point of Contact for employees’ IT inquiries
• To investigate and to solve requests from employees (through Help Desk Dispatchers and other Service Desk channels) related to hardware and software issues with minimal business impact on the Customer within agreed service levels and business priorities.
• To install new computer hardware and software accordingly to standard procedures and to test their functionality according to operational procedures.
• To provide on site training and consultancy to customers by demonstrating efficient and effective techniques as well as security and good “computer housekeeping” practices.
• To collect data for reports which outline problems that arise and describe corrective actions to be taken in order to prevent recurrence of incidents related to these errors
• To define and maintain operational procedures for hardware and software systems who is responsible for according to SOX and BS7799 requirements. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
