Field Related Experience - Civil Buildings - 1 to 2 years

Follow-up, coordination and control of the “Design Projects” for Vodafone stores.Meet the predefined standards for Building Execution Projects and in accordance with Sales and Marketing Department requirements.
• Meet the legislative requirements related to Construction Business
• Guides and checks the activity of the builder, the quality of the work, the quality of materials used and makes sure that deadlines are accomplished.
• Is permanently in touch with the architect, the builder and all factors involved in the project in order to take decisions in rapidly and without effects over the Project Development
• Communicates with the departments involved (IT, PBX, Marketing,). The communication is related to project and to different periods of the project when specific procedures are required and other departments are needed. Is a guardian for a good development of the activity.
• Coordinates the activity of all companies and persons involved in the project and communicates in time the different stages of the project to the entrepreneurs and higher management
• Insures all conditions of execution of the site and follows up the execution of the work schedule
• Checks and signals the final situation of the project
• Handovers the finished store to store personnel.
• Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports to Management and other departments when requested;
• Continuously looking for improvement opportunities. Issues and implements proposals for improving department activity
• Other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.
