Representative, Sales and Customer Care - Vodafone Store Lugoj, Part Time

• Experience in sales/retail, preferable in telecom
• High school graduate (University graduate would be an advantage)
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Good PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mailers
• General knowledge of GSM and Internet
• Good sales skills and knowledge

Role:

To achieve sales objectives by providing the best retail customer experience in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell & upsell our products and services that best fit customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads to other sales segments/areas/channels where opportunity occurs.
- Provide and advice customers with relevant information on company products and services and support in addressing their needs, in a pro active, polite, friendly and timely manner in order to win the customer and build loyalty.
- Portray company image and values through offering a memorable, consistent and exciting Customer Experience, based on availability, effective customer need resolution and respect.
- Sustain a culture of cross-functionality in delivering such customer experience.
- Pro actively participate in store’s continuous improvements to ensure effective and efficient customer interaction and achievement of company sales objectives.
- Participates in other activities including back up to other resources, as assigned by direct manager.
