Project Manager - IT Release

Requirements:

• University graduate [technical/ economical major]
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management for IT Projects;
• Knowledge of IT process "life cycle".
• Good planning and organizing abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good delivery and facilitation skills
• Positive, customer oriented attitude
• Good English communication skills
• Good PC Skills: Microsoft Office Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Role:

Responsible for delivery of the assigned IT projects, ensuring that the goals and objectives specified for the corresponding projects are accomplished in accordance with priorities, time limitations or other specifications



Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the right evaluation of the complexity of projects by correctly assessing the period of time and resources needed to complete the requirement.
• Coordinate across multiple departments the requirements capture, develop project deliverable, assign task resources, monitor project status
• Control budget.
• Prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management.
• Ensure the resource planning by evaluating the number of people and their qualification necessary for the team jobs requirements.
• Ensure that the team receives the appropriate training.
• Evaluate project effectiveness by developing and implementing improved methods; analyze results and takes proper action based on outcome.
