Project Manager, ISS

- PM related functional/technical skills (project planning, reporting, processes, etc.)
- Continuously seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Organized, responsible, ambitious, negotiator, dynamic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, serious and good team player
- 1 to 2 years of experience as project manager in the IT&C industry [preferably Telecom]
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science
- PM related certification like PMP could be an advantage

Role

Manages the project/subproject organization in order to perform the project initiation, preparation, execution and closing according to Network ISS Solutions project processes and principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Creates, executes and revises project plans as appropriate to meet requirements and changing needs
- Manages the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
- Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities
- Identifies, track, manage and resolve project issues
- Measure issues incidence, perform root cause analysis and propose solutions for improving efficiency
