Project Manager (Commissions and Incentives) :

• University graduate;
• Project Management Courses;
• 2 to 3 years job related experience;
• Project management experience in order to manage the delivery of projects with all of the dimensions outlined above;
• Excellent inter-personal and communications skills;
• Good working knowledge of Vodafone’s products, systems and procedures;
• Good facilitation skills – able to run workshops and external project meetings.

Role:

The project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that the project delivers the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost, in accordance with priorities, time limitations or other specifications.
The project manager is also responsible for the project delivering an output that is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the business case.

• Ensure the right evaluation of the complexity of projects by correctly assessing the period of time and resources needed to complete the requirement;
• Coordinate across multiple departments the requirements capture, develop project deliverable, assign task resources, monitor project status;
• Accountable for project financial control, monitor and manage project finance and processes in cooperation with Technical Project Manager;
• Prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management.
• Prepare and sustain presentation for obtaining necessary approvals;
• Manage business and project risks, including the development of mitigation and contingency plans;
• Give guidance related to commissioning processes, products, systems, procedures and connected activities;
• Identify, together with the manager, the commissioning areas which require improvements through a project opening;
• Prepare and conduct post implementation review process;
• Understands and monitors measures related to the effectiveness and efficiency of project management;
• Ensure that the team receives the appropriate training.
