Manager, IP Network Architecture and Security

Requirements:
* Polytechnic University (Electronics and Telecommunications preferably)
* 3-5 years in managerial position within a telecom operator, preferred in IP area with focus on architecture and security
* Architecture and security (planning and design) experience in IP network (Internet, peering, IP VPN, Enterprise LAN/WAN, Data Centre connectivity) within a telecom operator
* Budgeting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent level of English language
* Coaching skills
* Project management skills (additional certification in this field is considered a bonus)

Role:
Coordinate all activities related to IP Network Architecture and Security required for the development of 2G/3G and fixed voice/data networks according to long term forecast, technology evolution, quality of service design parameters and business continuity plan.

Key responsibilities:
• Ensure the overall framework for IP network architecture and security to be documented, updated and enforced in the network (with help from operational department) – on regular basis
• Coordinate Enterprise IP network planning and design (LAN/WAN)
• Coordinate planning and design of IP based applications (WAP, email / web hosting)
• Define and implement architecture and development strategy for IP network
• Data centers infrastructure design
• Perform regular evaluation of all team’s goals and project status
• Select, train, coach and conduct performance reviews with staff
• Provide inputs regarding budgetary requirements for the projects developed in the group
