| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
* University graduate (Telecommunications or IT preferably)
* 2-3 years working experience in IT demand area
* Budgeting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent level of English language
* Negotiation skills
* Project management skills (additional certification in this field is considered a bonus) | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Develop and manage relationship in order to improve communication and increase trust between client departments and IT teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as main contact person and internal key account manager for the relationship of IT with client departments and the demand management of client departments’ new initiatives and projects
• Increase awareness of the impact of client departments’ initiatives on other projects or IT systems
• Relate and work together with IT Business Analysts, IT&SD Solution Architects, IT Project Managers and all other roles in IT mainly in the phase of clarification and challenging of requirements, idea, concept, assessment
• Review and improve current processes in demand management area, help in establishing and promoting general guidelines for the clear description of business requirements and in increasing the discipline in applying these processes and guidelines
• Participate in the filtering and prioritization process of new initiatives and requirements in IT area
• Define the business architecture, that will be used like input for systems roadmaps and participate in designing it together with IT & SD Solution Architects
• Define DB for the next financial year based on the Systems Roadmap in cooperation with Release Managers | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
