CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Bachelors’ degree in engineering or computer science;
• 4 to 6 years of experience as engineer for Voice/Data transmission networks;
• Functional/Technical Skills (Project planning, reporting and processes).
• Relationship, coaching and negation skills;
• Communication skills (should have excellent oral and written communication skills);
• Ability to learn new technologies in a fast paced environment and willingness to work for challenging technical solutions opportunities;
• Very good level of English language;
• Driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Role:
Assure a personalized interface of technical support for Strategic Customers (the important customers with complex technical solutions corresponding to Network ISS Solution framework) with the purpose:
- of having a permanent dialog with the client providing periodic feedback regarding the complains and technical faults that have an impact on the service;
- following specific problems of the assigned clients and acting in a preventive manner to improve the client’s perception and satisfaction regarding the services provided by Vodafone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficient and fast solving of strategic client’s complains and faults, directly or through mobilization of all necessary technical resources (if necessary the engineer will coordinate the interventions of O&M teams and will supervise the evolution of the situation until solved);
• Maintain high quality services for Strategic Customers according to the contractual Service Level;
• Perform analysis, evaluations and recommendations related to the technical solutions provided to the Strategic Customers in a proactive manner;
• Involvement within the Network ISS department on the implementation of the ISS framework related projects;
• Participate to the Implementations of new Projects;
• Perform analysis, evaluations and recommendations related to equipments and services; |
