| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent;
• At least 3-5 years experience in radio- communication field ;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Organized, team-oriented, with good interpersonal skills;
• Driving license; | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Performs specific Radio Access Network activities (design, implementation, dimensioning, monitoring, optimization for coverage and capacity in a multi-technology (GSM, UMTS voice and data services; WLAN) environment, through management of daily operations, coordination and reporting for region activities, in order to ensure quality key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capacity planning: plan the network expansion and validates the traffic forecast in order to increase the network quality of service.
• Design: designs both indoor/outdoor coverage sites (including site position selection, equipment configuration selection, antenna placement design, radio parameters setting etc.) for GSM, GPRS, UMTS
• Development: develop network through rollout deployment activities (site search initiation form, site candidates ranking, equipment order, filling site configuration form ; follow-up on site production related activities); by keeping equipment inventory database updated; by providing support to rollout project manager and by integrating GSM and UMTS new sites into existing network.
• Optimization & Monitoring: periodically monitoring the performance statistics (KPIs), drive tests radio coverage & quality analysis, BSS & UTRA information collection; based on all available information takes decision upon changes in HW & SW parameters in order to improve network KPIs. Issues work orders for implementing changes into the network; handling interoperability issues between GSM, UMTS, vendors (both technology and multi vendor challenges)
• Troubleshooting: investigates and take all the necessary actions in order to maintain the radio access network key performance indicators (KPI) within the agreed limits
• Representation: Interfaces with other departments in order to provide coverage solutions and solves requests/complaints
