CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Requirements:
• Technical University Degree
• Specific certifications considered a plus [COBIT, ITIL, etc]
• Process improvement knowledge
• Min 2 years experience in IT / Telecom sector
• System analysis skills
• Project management (fundamentals)
• Process mapping
• Business writing, presentations skills
• English language
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Role:
Ensure IT Processes optimization through recommendations and expert support to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessment of IT processes from technical and procedural perspective and recommend solutions for their optimization to IT Management. Provide support in the implementation of the agreed changes;
• Lead the implementation of findings and improvements issued from project audits (internal or external) and Post Implementation Reviews and maintain a lessons learnt repository to use for future projects;
• Measurements at process level in order to simplify and optimize IT processes;
• Asses impact of process changes in al IT functions (Support, Development, QA) and work closely with IT management for their implementation
• Ensure that existing processes are compliant with existing regulation (eg. Sarbanes Oxley) and industry standards;
• Design and develop process documentation for new IT processes (process map);
• Propose, create and implement templates to sustain IT activity
