Analyst Commissions and Incentives

• University graduate;
• Access, Databases – Good;
• English – Advanced;
• Word, Excel, Microsoft Projects – Advanced;
• Accounting knowledge – Advanced;
• Project management capability – Advanced;
• Any commissioning system experience would be an advantage;
• Experience in analysis activities would be a plus.

• Commission Calculation, Sales and Distribution;
• Commission reconciliation and definition of the new commissioning;
• Develop and maintain Legacy System;
• Recommendation on compensation process;
• Compensation reconciliation process;
• Run simulation for new commissioning requirements (gathering data, financial impact);
• Make recommendation about feasibility of implementation;
• Check accuracy of the invoice vs commission statements for Indirect Channels;
• Issue PA and obtain the approval for invoice payment;
• Prepare LRP, Commission Accruals;
• Process the accruals report for due payments and outstanding commission amount;
