| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University graduate;
• 3-5 years professional experience ;
• Strong background in reporting, ideally accomplished through more than 2 years background in financial controlling and / or planning or budgeting processes;
• Proven capabilities to develop automated reports and manage complex models;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point ;
• Commercial knowledge and skills;
• Analytical person, result oriented and teamwork abilities.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Account planning, review and management of the affiliates channel for postpaid and prepaid activities;
Commercial management including alignment of incentives, handset deals, cost structure, Profit and Loss analysis;
Handset approval process for all promotions of the affiliates.
• Development of a structured account plan for dealers;
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly and on request analysis/reviews;
• Provide input into the regular financial budgeting and re-forecasting cycle to ensure competitiveness in the market;
• Affiliate management for dealers;
• Commercial management including alignment of incentives, handset deals, cost structure, Profit and Loss analysis;
• Monitor and analyze changes in commissions and bonuses schemes and their impact in the annual budgets and forecasts;
• Prepare the necessary input needed in the construction of the budgets and forecasts;
• Prepare mid-term and long-term trend analysis, derive recommendations;
• Develop analyses and forecasting models according with the department’s KPI’s and provide support to develop channel performance ;
• Develop performance tracker for promotions and regional projects ;
