Support Engineer

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Professional background in one of the following:

• Firewall systems
• IPSec and SSL VPN Technologies
• Authentication, authorization, encryption mechanisms (LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, PKI, SSL, SSH)
• Intrusion detection and prevention systems (network based, host based, signature, heuristic)

Role & Responsibility:

• Pre-sales and post-sales support for customers
• Provide technical trainings and presentations for customers
• Strengthen partnership and key relationship for customers at all levels
