SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Requirements
• 5+ yrs experience in a technical environment, focus on energy represents an advantage.
• experience managing and/or directing technological operations could be a plus.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles.
• Proven experience in technology planning, organization, and development.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to technology issues.
• References attesting to the record for setting and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, forecast requirements accurately, and stay within budget while producing and eliciting high-quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps
• English language minimum C1 level, German language represents an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.

1. Preparing and organizing documentation electrical studies
2. Keeping contact with service providers for electrical studies
3. Provide technical direction and design for the modification and upgrade of plant electrical systems.
4. Keeping relations with providers of electrical equipment
5. Preparing and selecting tenders for electrical equipments
6. Maintain field coordination between consultants, contractors, and material suppliers on assigned projects to ensure compatibility.
7. Provide start-up and test support as necessary on assigned projects.
8. Support training for operations and maintenance personnnel on electrical and instrument and control related topics.
9. 4. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements according to relevant studies made in advance
11. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
12. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
13. Organize meeting with contact persons
14. Research on several criterion: geographical position, wind intensity and variability, natural reservations and electricity lines
15. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing next stages of the project.
16. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
17. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
18. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
19. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
20. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
21. Manages project budget.
22. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
23. Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
24. Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
25. Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
26. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
