Consultant grants & project development (with commercial skills)

Your profile:
•you have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or business field. You have also experience of, or at least an interest in Human Resources issues.
•You have excellent spoken and written Romanian and English
•You have several years of relevant experience of employment
•You are practical and self starter, with sound theoretical knowledge. You are able to work independently and are commercially motivated. You see chances and grasp them!
•You have excellent communicative skills, are representative, and are prepared to travel.
•You are a very efficient organizer with enourmous drive and accurrate
•You have a problem-solving attitude, initiative, creativity, self-motivation

The job:
Following a training period in the Netherlands and Romania, you will develop HRD projects that fits in the EU's Structural Funds regulation related to European Social Fund in Romania. You will write and develop ESF projects: make subsidy application, advice companies, evaluate applications and administrative requirements, coordinate and monitor projects and be the contact for the authorities.
Other:
•Providing high quality solutions to specific client issues
•Establishing a solid communication platform with the client (e.g. preparation of management reports, presentations)
•Supporting the development of the project team
•Supporting the consolidation of the company’s client base in Romania

In Romania, VAPRO cooperates with Employers organisations and Unions on a national level, but also companies. You will be located in Bucharest.
